Road Trip: Just Another Manic Monday

I just love this quote... and picture! I decided I'm going to live by this today. Not sure what that will entail as of yet, but I'll keep ya posted!

>> This is me yesterday enjoying my Sunday in Ventura with Andy. I miss it already!

So, it's Monday. I'm not a huge fan of Mondays. I'm one of those people that has the continuous running list of all I have to do that week and it always comes flooding in Monday morning and slightly stresses me out haha. That this week is no different. I have so much going on!!

>>> Friday, the 30th is not only the end of April (What!?) but it is my first boutique - yay! If you live in the LA area, you should definitely check it out. There will be good food, awesome gals and their amazing handiwork, and ME! But... there is much to do be done before hand!

Also, I'm going to be doing a lot of shooting and editing this week. This kinda stresses me out because I like to keep people happy and I get nervous if the don't like it. Not sure if other people experience this, but I sure do.

Here are some recently edited photos of my most favorite married couple ever!!

They just adorable and so full of love!

Freebie Friday: Love Notes

Yay it's Friday! And about time for another Freebie I'd say =) Today's Freebie is brought you us by my new favorite Jessica of Vol. 25. I seriously love all of her stuff. She has the cutest style and most amazing blog!! Definitely needs to be on your daily reads.

She designed these fabulous "love notes" that are just too fun.

Here is her inspiration behind the little notes:

" When Jaydon and I first got married and on and off during that first year I would write him simple little love notes. He so sweetly reminded me of this last week, and needless to say that was the push I needed to finally sit down and make time to finish this project. :)

... and of course I wanted to share them with all of you! You know help spread the love? Getting a little personal here, I tend to take mine and Jaydon's relationship for granted.... you know "if it isnt broke don't fix it type of thing?" Well, that phrase does NOT apply to relationships. I need to be reminded that a little water never hurt a blooming flower. In fact, a little water might show you how pretty that flower can really get. :)"

Something Blue: Wedding Inspiration Shoot

I am so so in love with this photo shoot! I spotted it a couple of days ago on Green Wedding Shoes and everything about it is fabulous - from the dress, to the photography, to the headpiece - gush! What a stinkin' stylish couple!

One thing I love that I always try to tell me clients - is simplicity is key to any element design. Make it unique - but no need to go over board. I believe that this shoot captured just that!

Aaaand - the best part! The gals name is Liesel - like from the Sound of Music! haha, I just love that.

Tasteful: Paper Goods & Events

Yay it's Friday!! I can't tell you how happy I am that the end of the week is here - it has definitely been a busy/stressful/productive week, and I hope it was for all you bloggies too. I have some fun news... This week I got a lot of orders in that I recently have been working on for the upcoming Spring Boutique (yay!) I got new business cards, thank you postcards and the boutique flyers all printed and ready to go. I cannot tell you how much I love getting orders like this in. I love paper. That's all there is to it. I went with lots of white and clean lines to create a professional, yet fun look. I think they turned out awesome! I'm especially thrilled with the post cards. I knew I wanted them, I just wasn't sure exactly how I'd use them haha. But they are working out wonderfully as little hand writen thank-yous to add to every online order... and I was thinking I could use them as place cards for the boutique!

What is this boutique I keep mentioning, you ask yourself - well let me tell you! My friend Michelle from BasketSavvy and I are putting together a Spring Boutique for the Santa Clarita Valley area - so if you're nearby seriously come check it out! I will be showcasing all my TastefulTatters Spring Collection, and we have some other amazing vendors lined up I can't wait to share more about them with you guys later. The amazing flyer (last photo below) was designed by the amazing Shannon Labare - I love it so much I could seriously frame it haha. P.S. Shannon also designed my logo(s) for Tasteful Tatters!

Let me know if you need directions or if you're just interested in coming!
