Green is Sexy!

Now, I've always thought this... in college I was even involved in our campus' Granola Club. But guess who else thinks being Green is sexy? Rachel McAdams! I have always had the biggest friend crush on her and now it is only heightened. Check out the website her and her 2 friends made! They have a new feature where you can send in a postcard of how you are being green and they'll post it on their site. I'm totally going to do it - so should you!

Big Sound from Shattered Atom

Last Saturday, I had the opportunity to interview the up and coming band Shattered Atom for Yoo N LA magazine. I write for them in the music and arts section on the side - I know what you're thinking - "emilee, you are so random with all your different projects!" I know, I just like to be busy and I like to always be doing something different. Anyways, you should check out the magazine site - super cool. Anyways, Shattered Atom was such a blast to interview. It honestly felt more like I was just hanging out with the guys rather than interviewing them. Over an hour had past and I didn't even realize it. Then, last night I was reviewing the tape and taking notes and I found myself laughing out loud - literally. I'm along at my desk chuckling to myself. I just think of myself in there and If anyone had come in it would probably seem really ridiculous. What can I say, I love what I do! Anyways, here are a couple pics of the guys you should definitely check out their stuff HERE! They're new cd just launched last month and it is awesome!

My good new friend KC just celebrated a birthday on Halloween - so it was a very special holiday for her... well I guess it is every year haha. Anyways, I thought I would do a little crafty craft birthday card for her for her birthday and I thought I would show you a little peak at it. I think I'll be making some for my Etsy store...what do you think?? Any thoughts?

Wow, I haven't written in awhile! I'm so sorry, I have been super busy with my new Esty store - check it out! Anyways, I actually stumbled across this weeks Spotlight on Etsy. No, she is not an Etsy seller but she photographs for a seller who sells beanies and scarves. I absolutely loved her work on etsy and when I went to her website, it was sooo cute!
